Introduction

This moist sugar-free, low-fat banana bread will not let your taste buds down! This moist sugar-free, low-fat banana bread will not let your taste buds down!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. white flour
    1/4 c. Splenda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 medium bananas, mashed
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple sauce
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, no-calorie sweetner, baking poweder, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas and add eggs, applesauce and vanilla.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined (do not over mix).
Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the middle of the loaf.
