Introduction

Ingredients

    4-5 large brocolli crowns, cut in small pieces
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 lb. bacon cooked, crumbled
    1 8 ox. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup mayo.
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp. white vinegar

Directions

In large bowl combine brocolli, red onion crumbled bacon & cheddar cheese.
Combine, mayo. , sugar & vinegar & pour over salad & toss well.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
Makes about 20 1/2 cup servings

    I truly love this recipe and so did the whole family. I also added sunflower seeds upon serving it for a little more crunch. Yummy! - 6/11/09

    This was good, but I did not like the sweetness even though I cut down the sugar. When I make this again, I will omit the sugar entirely. - 4/5/10
