Ingredients

    2 cans of Hunts tomato sauce 15 oz 15 calories, zero fat
    1lb of shrimp with no tails
    1lb of swordfish
    1lb of scallops
    1/2 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
    1 clove of garlic
    1 teaspoon of salt
    3 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions

Mix on top of stove the garlic, cilantro. olive oil and let it brown
add two cans of tomato sauce and bring to a boil
add shrimp, swordfich and scallops
and let it cook for 25-30 minutes at medium heat
and serve on top of brown rice
