Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups onion, chopped
    2 T margerine (Smart Balance Buttery Spread)
    garlic, 1 clove
    1/2 large cabbage (or all of a small head)
    2 T Lawry's Seasoned Salt
    pepper (to taste)

Directions

Cut cabbage into small pieces.

Saute onion in the margerine in large skillet or pot until softened. Add garlic , seasoned salt, cabbage and cook cabbage until softened.

Add pepper if desired.

Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings

    I am going to make this today. I never use lawry's because it contains msg and the sodium content is ridiculous, I will use a little sea salt. I will also substitute olive oil for the margarine. - 4/6/10
