Introduction

Ingredients

    7 medium potatoes
    8 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
    1 bunch of green onions (scallions) chopped
    3 medium stalks celery, chopped
    Sea salt and black pepper to taste
    Tobasco sauce to taste (very important)
    4 medium dill pickles, chopped
    6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled

Directions

Peel and chop potates in desired size. Boil until just tender, then remove and rinse in cold water until cooled.

Mix all ingredients together, adjusting salt and pepper and tobasco to your tastes. Chill a few hours, or overnight is even better.

Serves 8.
