Ingredients

    1 pound turkey burger-lean
    1- 14 oz. can kidney beans
    1- 14 oz can whole kernel corn
    1- 14 oz. can green beans
    1- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
    2- 14 oz. cans tomatoe sauce
    1/2 cup salsa

Directions

makes about eight 2 cup servings

Brown ground meat with garlic and onion. Add all cans of ingredients and salsa. Cook together to mix flavors. Use salt free ingredients when possible so it isn't too salty.
