Ingredients

    Venison, ground, 1 lb
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Potato, raw, 3 cup diced
    Green Beans 3 cups
    salt about 1/2 tsp
    Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can
    Land O'Lakes Deli Co-Jack Cheese (1 slice), 3 serving, shredded

Directions

Saute ground venison and onion until meat is done. Drain and rinse. Layer meat followed by potatoes, salt, green beans and then cream of celery soup in baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Top with cheese and return to oven just until cheese is melted.

    Very easy and my 6-yr. old son was crazy for it! I used buffalo instead of venison since I had that on hand. - 3/12/10

    I liked this recipe very much and so did my husband. It was easy to prepare and tasted good. We did decide that we would add savory and pepper next time to spice it up. But, it's a keeper! - 2/16/09
