Ingredients

    1 pkg lean ground turkey

    1 can peas, drained

    1 can mixed veggies,drained

    3/4 cup beef broth

    2 TB flour

    2 TB ketchup

    2 pouches Idahoan Roasted Garlic Potatoes

    4 servings Kraft 2%sharp cheddar shredded, divided

    1 cup Daisy Lite sour cream

Directions

Brown ground turkey. Add 2 TB flour, cook for 1 minute. Add broth, ketchup, mixed veggies and peas and cook 5 minutes. Put in 13X9 inch baking dish or square equivalent. Make mashed potatoes according to pkg directions, add sour cream. Add 2 oz cheese to mashed potatoes mixture. Spread mashed potatoes over ground turkey mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
