Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 cup salsa
    1/2 c. reduced fat mexican cheese blend
    6 flour tortillas
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. chili powder
    Pam cooking spray

Directions

Cook ground beef, and drain off any fat if necessary. Mix in salsa and seasonings, then add shredded cheese. Scoop 1/2 cup of ground beef mixture into each flour tortilla. Tuck the sides, then roll (like a burrito). Place each chimichanga on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Then spray tops of each chimichanga with Pam. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream or salsa if desired.
