    4 half boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans low-fat cream of chicken soup
    1 can skim milk
    1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese


Place the chicken breasts in the crock. Mix together the soup and milk. Pour over the chicken. Spread cheese on top. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.

When done, eat alone or pour over stuffing, noodles, rice, etc.

    At 2,329.5 mg of sodium per serving, this is not a low sodium recipe. I don't particularly think of it as low fat either. - 9/27/11

  • Only has shredded Mexican cheese in the house so used that. Thought this was great! Put it over half a baked potato and can't wait to eat leftovers tomorrow. - 2/1/10

  • Made it today....a little bland, but good. The kids loved it! I served it over a wheat-blend wide noodle pasta. Next time I will throw in some veggies to up the nutrition and flavor =) Oh, I also reduced the serving size to 1/6th of the recipe instead of 1/4th. Calories where reduced to 209/svg - 8/17/09
