At 2,329.5 mg of sodium per serving, this is not a low sodium recipe. I don't particularly think of it as low fat either.
Made it today....a little bland, but good. The kids loved it! I served it over a wheat-blend wide noodle pasta. Next time I will throw in some veggies to up the nutrition and flavor =) Oh, I also reduced the serving size to 1/6th of the recipe instead of 1/4th. Calories where reduced to 209/svg
