Nutrition & Calorie Comments

When I make this for my best friend as a "luncheon" casserole, I add 3/4 of a cup of grated reduced fat cheddar or mexican blend cheese. YUMMO!
Mine ended up a little too creamy, I think next time I won't add the entire can of soup. I did add a can of chicken breast to increase the protein and I liked this addition.
I really didn't like this dish. But I can't fault the recipe, I just am not a fan of fat-free products. I thought the combination of things would make for a "mask" of he fat-free stuff, but it just didn't.
