Very simple, very good. This is the first time I have tried squash, I found the taste to be a bit overwhelming. I added mushrooms to this recipe and the gentle flavors of the squash really added to the mushrooms and onions. Needed a bit of salt and pepper to round out flavor. Overall- tasty!
Made it without the salt and it was still great. i used a Bangkok blend ( salt free) of spices I ordered from Penzeys.com. It was great.
Delicious. Made it without the onions and it was great. Reminded me of fried squash but without the added calories.
