for me that would only make 4 servings not 8 and that puts it way to high in calories and pretty much everything else. But on a high calorie burn day it might be a treat.
Mmm. the sounds great! not concerned about the calories as much as the sodium- seems a wee bit high? otherwise it sounds great!
