Introduction

This is great, but if you are wary about calories try substitutung with lower calorie spread and a low fat swiss cheese. We also use the Low Sodium Stove Top Stuffing. Cuts the sodiumin half. Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast
    4 Slices of lean ham
    4 Slices of Swiss Cheese
    1 10.75oz can of Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 Cup melted unsalted butter
    2 cups of seasoned stuffing
    1/2 c water

Directions

Beat Chicken with mallet to 1/2inch thick. Layer Chicken breasts, ham and cheese in a 9x13 pan. Mix 1/2 cup water with soup and pour over cheese. Mix butter with stuffing and pour soup mixture. Bake covered at 350* for 45 minutes reduce heat to 325* and uncover for an additional 45 minutes.

    for me that would only make 4 servings not 8 and that puts it way to high in calories and pretty much everything else. But on a high calorie burn day it might be a treat. - 3/20/07
