Introduction
Found a similar recipe, but called for cream soup, found I didn't have any so I substituted it with the french onion. I also used whole wheat noodles, and low sodium gravy mix. Ingredients

1lb sirloin, cubed
1 can cambells select harvest carmelized french onion soup
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 sm can of mushrooms/fresh if preferred
1 clove garlic; minced
1/3c. lite sour cream
10 oz. whole wheat wide noodles
Directions
preheat oven to 400'
Cube sirloin
Mix soup, gravy mix, garlic and put in a 9x13" pan.
mix sirloin into soup mixture, stir to coat.
Bake for aprox. 1 hr.
Boil water for noodles, and cook according to directions.
Before tossing sirloin tips with noodles, stir in sour cream.
