Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound groud beef (can cook with onion if desired)
1 package taco seasoning
20 ounces water (can add more if desired)
1 can yellow or white corn
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes or 3-4 fresh tomatoes
1 cup salsa of choice
cumin & cilantro for extra seasoning
Directions
brown ground beef (and onion if desired). add taco seasoning and water until hot. stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes and salsa. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. I also added cumin & cilantro for extra flavor.
