Introduction

This low carb batter can be used for pancakes as well as waffles. I like to double the batch and freeze extras for quick breakfasts thoughout the week. 1/2 cup Oats
    1/8 cup Soy Milk
    3 large eggs
    3 scoops Whey Protein Isolate

Directions

Pre-heat waffle iron.

It was good... I added a little vanilla and some salt... They tasted really good... but I found them literally hard to swallow... I have problems swallowing some textures and this was one of them... But I do recommend trying them... - 10/25/11

Made these yesterday and OMG!! Yummy! I even froze some and had them for breakfast today, even better! I'm making another batch tonight to freeze. I got 6 waffles though

    O.K.
I was just finishing up the batter when I realized I didn't have a waffle iron, so made them as pancakes. I addressed the lack of flavor by using chocolate protein powder. These things were DENSE. Tasty, but dense. If you can make em fluffy, I'm all ears! Ate em with fruit and fat free cool whip. - 2/20/13

Really good for low carb. I used the magic bullet to ground down the oats first then just mixed it all together. Next time I think i will add some salt.....just a little bland. - 3/20/11
