Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I was just finishing up the batter when I realized I didn't have a waffle iron, so made them as pancakes. I addressed the lack of flavor by using chocolate protein powder. These things were DENSE. Tasty, but dense. If you can make em fluffy, I'm all ears! Ate em with fruit and fat free cool whip.
It was good... I added a little vanilla and some salt... They tasted really good... but I found them literally hard to swallow... I have problems swallowing some textures and this was one of them... But I do recommend trying them...
Really good for low carb. I used the magic bullet to ground down the oats first then just mixed it all together. Next time I think i will add some salt.....just a little bland.
Oh my I HAVE to try this! I really need the extra protein in anything I can get. Thanks so much for this recipe
