Introduction

These are so easy to make and they are really good! High in protein. Enjoy! I love to have these made up in the fridge and sometimes make tuna burgers out of them. YUM! Ingredients

    2 cans 5oz. Starkist Tuna in water (drained)
    1.5 cup crushed whole wheat crackers
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp pickle relish


Directions

Mix tuna, crushed crackers and eggs with hands to have ingredients stick together. Next add dill weed, mustard, pickle relish and black pepper, continue to mix well and make 4 patties. Finally spray heated pan with Canola spray and cook patties for about 2 minutes or until brown on each side. Can be served with ketchup. Serves 4.

    I made these and actually I liked them better cold. You could taste the ingredients better when they were cold. I try not to use ketchup to much sugar for me. *S* - 11/4/08

    Very Good
    I loved tuna patties, they are so good, tuna tasts better cooked I have to say. I can now make tuna patty burgers. I give it a 5 - 10/22/08
