Ingredients

    4 flour tortillas
    ground beef
    refried beans
    shredded cheese
    salsa

Directions

Brown ground beef. Lay one flour tortilla in an 8in pie plate. Spread 1/2c beans on tortilla, spread on 1/2c ground beef, 1/4c salsa, and 1/4 cheese. Repeat layers. Cook in 350 oven for 20minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
