Introduction

Golf Coast Favorite Zesty grilled fish salad can be used as center of the plate, sandwich, or even a nice appetizer.
Any good firm big flake white fish like grouper, amberjack, or Wahoo.

Ingredients

    18 oz Grouper or ather Firm White Fish
    1 Tbs Capers
    1/ 2 Can Artichoke halfs
    1/4 Cup Toasted Almonds
    3 tbs Mayonaise
    Lemon juice
    Salt Pepper
    Garlic

Directions

Grill Fish, chopp into large chunks. Toast almonds. Chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingreidents and spice to taste.

Chill and serve with toated pita (not in calorie count)
