Introduction

I love chicken alfredo but I can't eat all the calories that it affords. This is a delicious dish and still healthy in its own right. If you want it even lighter, nix the mozzerella cheese and use less chicken. I love chicken alfredo but I can't eat all the calories that it affords. Ingredients

    1 Box Ronzoni Smarttaste Spaghetti
    2 lbs chicken breast
    1 Jar Ragu Light Alfredo Sauce
    1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarelle Part Skim Cheese

Directions

1. Slice chicken into chunks. Start water boiling.

2. Cook the chicken until not pink in the middle and cook the noodles per the directions on the box.

3. Once chicken is cooked, add alfredo sauce and warm.

4. Mix chicken and sauce with the noodles in a baking dish.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

6. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.

    I apologize for not putting that! I believe it was 350 degrees for 30 minutes but I lost my original recipe! :)

    I guessed on what temperature to set the oven. I used 425, but it only needed 15 min. instead of 30. I will make this one again.
