Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
15oz Extra Firm Tofu
2.5 cups Tender French Green Beans
1/2 ech Red, Yellow, Green, Orange Bell Peppers
1/3 med Sweet Red Onion
Very Very Teriyaki
2.25 lbs Asparagus
1 lg Portabella Mushroom
Directions
Heat the EVOO on Med Hi heat in Wok.
Cut the Tofu into large bite-size chunks and add to the Wok.
Stir the garlic into the Wok.
While the Tofu is cooking, cut the green beans into large bite-size pieces then add to the Wok.
Cover and simmer while you cut the Sweet Onion & Peppers, then add them to the Wok.
Stir in Very Very Teriyaki (flavor as you like).
Cover and simmer while you cut the Asparagus into large bite-size pieces.
When the Green Beans are tender to your liking, add the Asparagus to the Wok, stir and cover for two minutes.
Cut the Portabella Mushroom. After, two minutes add the mushroom to the Wok.
Continue to cook until veggies are tender to your liking.
Makes 12 1-cup servings
Enjoy on a bed of wild, brown or mixed rice.
