Ingredients

    1/2 cup soy milk
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine the soy milk and cornstarch in a wide, shallow bowl, and mix vigorously with a fork until the cornstarch is dissolved.
