Ingredients

1 T olive oil
3, 15 oz cans of black beans
1, 14.5 oz can of diced tomato
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb ground turkey
12 oz meatless ground
2 cloves garlic, minced
1.5 T chili powder
1 T dried oregano
1 T dried basil
0.5 t cayenne pepper
1 T red wine vinegar
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Add turkey and brown. Once turkey is browned, add meatless ground, beans, tomatoes, spices and vinegar. Cover and simmer for at least one hour.
