Introduction

Just like Hershey's only less expensive and with ingredients that are pure.

My toddler loves chocolate milk and with this I don't feel guilty. Great on ice cream also! This is slightly less sweet than what you buy at the store.

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 C Water
    1/2 C Sugar
    2/3 C Unsweetened Cocoa
    1/4 t Salt
    1 t Vanilla

Directions

Whisk water and sugar together and bring to boil. Add cocoa and salt. Keep whisking and simmer for about 3 minutes until syrup is slightly thickened.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Makes about 1.5 cups. Store in the refrigerator.
