    3 T Quaker Quick Grits
    3/4 cup water
    1 T margarine
    1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
    Dash salt and pepper

Directions

Combine grits and water, microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
Add margarine and cheese. Enjoy.
