Ingredients

2 cups Heart Healthy Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 1/4 cups 1% milk
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Recipe makes 6 servings
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Spray 9 x 13" baking dish ( I prefer glass) with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until pancake is done and golden on top.
Cut into equal servings and serve with your favorite syrup or toppings.
