Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    4 Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 cup of whole wheat or whole grain flour
    1 cup of 2% milk
    1 package of frozen english peas
    3 eggs, boiled
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 or 2 1/4 broth from boiled chicken
    salt and pepper
    1 Tblsp. of melted butter ( I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is great for cutting calories and fat)

Directions

Boil chicken until done. Keep 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth, and discard the rest. Boil eggs until done and set aside.

In a medium bowl combine the flour and milk. Set aside for later.

In a large baking dish, combine chicken, eggs, cream of chicken soup, peas, corn, broth, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Pour milk and flour mixture over the first mixture, and pour melted butter over both mixtures. Bake in a preheated oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Should be golden brown on top.

**Good with as many veggies you would like to add to it. ***
