    1 pound favorite pasta - whole grain is best
    1 jar alfredo sauce - low fat kind is best
    2 cans canned chicken, drained
    1 bag mixed veggies, thawed/drained
    1 - 2 cups shredded low fat cheese
    Dehydrated or fresh onion to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Boil pasta until al dente
Add pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, veggies, onion, and most of the cheese to large baking dish (9x13 or so) and mix.
Top with ramainder of the cheese
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until cheese on top gets bubbly.
Salt and pepper to taste

    Q: what size can of chicken? What kind of cheese? I thought this was just okay. Easy-yes but nothing WOW. I also don't like frozen veggies so I suggest fresh. - 8/8/07
