Introduction

I question if this has the nutritional value accurate. I'm sure it's thinking I'm actually eating 1/2 of syrup but it's just the marinade. If anyone has a suggestion I'd love to know.

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 salmon portions (apprx. 4 oz. each)
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    garlic powder

Directions

Mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, & garlic powder in a ziplock bag. Place fish in bag. Let marinate overnight in refridgerator.
Set oven for broil. Spray broiler pan. Place fish on pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with brown rice.
