Ingredients

    2 lbs. chicken breast, cubed
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    16 baby carrots, slice in half lengthwise
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, julienned
    2 baby zuchini, chopped
    2 cans mushrooms stems and pieces
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    4 tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Heat olive oil in hot skillet, add chicken and garlic and stir-fry for 5-8 minutes until chicken is cooked, remove chicken from skillet and put vegetables in same skillet, stir-fry over high heat for about 5 minutes, return chicken to skillet with vegetables and stir. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
