Ingredients

    3 small apples, peeled and chopped
    1 medium apple, unpeeled and chopped
    1 medium quince, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/3 cup water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes, until fruit is tender and broken down.
Serve immediately or cool and refrigerate.
