    1 chicken breast
    1/4 cup Bread crumbs
    2-3 oz Moz. Cheese
    1 cup Spag. Sauce
    1 cup Pasta ( whole wheat)


Bread chicken and bake 20 min, add sauce on top, bake until done. Add cheese last 5 min. Enjoy over noodles!

    Not the best chicken parmesan I've ever had, but definitely not the worst either. It was good flavor, but the breading was soggy, even after baking. Also, it took me about 25 minutes to bake.

    Overall, not too bad. Will add it to my recipe list for a quick, easy meal idea.

    making this right now except I am using Italian style bread crumbs...only difference in nutritional info is the amount of sodium - 11/10/08
