Ingredients

This is just for one piece of chicken if you want to make it for an entire package of chicken (usually 3), use the stuff in parenthesis.

1 (3) Chicken Breast, no skin, no bone
1/2 cup (1 can) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 (1 whole onion) cup of chopped Onions
1 Tbsp (sprinkle across the top of the chicken Parsley
2 Tbsp (Sprinkle across the top of the chicken) Rosemary
1 cup (3 cups) of croutons

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small baking dish (one large enough to fit your chicken) with Pam Spray. Lay your chickens in the dish. Sprinkle the Rosemary and parsley on top of the chickens. Then pour the cup (can) of Cream of Mushroom Soup over the chicken.

In a separate ziploc baggie put one cup of croutons into the baggie and scrunch them untiil they are crumbles. (You may hit them with whatever you like, I prefer my fist or you can use a cooking mallet.) Sprinkle the crumbles over the chickens.

Bake the chickens for 20-25 minutes or until the chickens are baked all the way through.

(Goes great with carrots or grean beans!! I sometimes throw the green beans in to bake with the chicken, and then just eat the pile of stuff that was baked with the chicken. It is easy to make and fast. It makes one whole meal.)
