Ingredients

    2 cups Cranberries (fresh)
    1 1/4 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 (3 ounce) package Cherry Jello

    Cook cranberries & water until soft. Add sugar and cook 5 minutes. Add Jello and stir well. COOL

    When certain it is absolutely cool, add:
    3/4 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Pour into serving dish and CHILL overnight.

    Very Good
    The original recipe is fabulously good! I tried it with Splenda and SF Jello as well- bad idea. Stick to this recipe for a great side dish. - 11/27/08
