Introduction

This actually makes enough for two but I eat it all myself. This actually makes enough for two but I eat it all myself.

Ingredients

    turkey itialian sausage
    shrimp (raw)
    red onion
    bell pepper
    mushrooms (sliced or whole)
    summer squash
    zucchini
    seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, basil)

Directions

Chop onions and bell peppers into large pieces. Heat in large skillet with turkey sausage and mushrooms untill sausage is done. Add squash, zucchini , and shrimp. Season to taste and cook on med low heat until shrimp is cooked, approx 5-10 min. May serve over rice for an additional 200 cal/cup of rice
