Pantry meal if you have veggie soup base in the freezer. Morph into a hearty supper. Less sodium & calories than my other version, as I eliminated a can of tomatoes. Ingredients

2 cups of basic veggie soup [not calculated in nutrition]
15 oz can white beans, drained [Great Northern]
15 oz can golden corn, drained
7.5 oz can Salmon [wild or Alaskan preferred] canned in water, drained
Directions
Heat all ingredients except salmon. Once warmed, add drained salmon and heat further for 5 minutes.
