Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury Classic refrigerated pizza crust
1/3 cup Smucker's Red Raspberry Preserves
1/3 cup hickory smoke flavored barbecue sauce
3 tsp chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
6 ounces cooked chicken breast, cubed
1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin strips
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces Kraft pizza cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Lightly spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough in pan; press dough to edges of pan.
In small bowl, mix preserves, barbecue sauce and chiles. Spread evenly over dough to within 1/4 inch of edges. Top with chicken, onion and cheeses.
Bake 12 to 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with cilantro.
Yield: 8 pieces.
