Try: sour cream, avocado, or green onions.

This recipe was really easy. I used frozen corn. I ate 3 ladels full4lunch today&felt satisfied. It's got a great flavor&isn't overpowering. I was surprised it was refried beans that made the soup thicker. I put all the ingredients in a crock pot4over 6 hours and nothing got soggy. YAY! Thank you! - 6/21/08

If you want a hearty meal, calculate for 5 servings, instead of 10, which is approx. 285 calories. - 2/8/11
