Ingredients

    2 c. brown sugar
    1t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. nutmeg
    2 cups flour
    1t. baking powder
    1t. baking soda
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c apple butter (homemade is best!)
    1t. vanilla
    1/2 c wheat germ
    1 c. sour cream
    3 egg whites

Directions

Mix 1 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together, this is your crumb topping. Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda. In seperate bowl mix together softened butter, and remaining 1 c. brown sugar. Add egg whites, vanilla, wheat germ and apple butter. To this alternately add the flour mixture and sour cream until it is all mixed together. Pour half into bundt pan, sprinkle 1/2 crumb topping, pour remaining batter and cover with remaining topping. Bake at 350 about 45-50 minutes.
