The recipe I use is slightly different but using the reynolds bag makes a huge difference! I have never cooked a turkey without one! - 11/23/10

    Very Good
I have always used a Reynolds bag. I don't make the vegetables in the bag. Reynolds says to put a few slits in the bag to release steam. I use those slits to baste the turkey with a dry white wine every 1/2 hour, up to 1 cup of wine. Very moist turkey and tasty gravy. - 11/26/08
