Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 slices of Pork Loin
    3 eggs
    2 c of milk
    2 c of bread crumbs
    2 c of white flour
    Crisco oil

Directions

Slice the Pork Loin into 4 slices if it has not been sliced already.

Beat 3 eggs and add milk

Roll the loin in flour, dip in the egg and milk mix, and finally roll in bread crumbs.

Place a small amount of Crisco, you may substitute, onto a skillet at medium-high temperature.

Place the pork loins onto the skillet and flip only once!

    Good
    Wiener Schnitzel is usually veal, but pork tastes great.
    In Germany the meat gets pounded very thin and baked crispy, served with a wedge of Lemon to sprinkle the juice over it. Yumm!!
