Ingredients

    1 3/4 cups (6 ounces) Kroger Country Style Hashbrowns Shredded Potatoes
    3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Kroger 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar, finely shredded cheese
    1 can (10.5 ounces) Clover Hill Valley Cream of Mushroom Soup
    8 ounces Honeysuckle White 99% Fat Free Fresh Breast of Turkey, Ground
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 1/2 cups (85 grams) Ready Pac Angel Hair Coleslaw Green Cabbage
    1/4 cup Private Selection Salsa Grande, Cilantro variety
    1 teaspoon Tone's Taco Seasoning
    1/4 cup Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 X 8 inch baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, 1/2 of cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of mushroom soup. Pat mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat & onions. Stir in cabbage, salsa & taco seasoning, and remaining soup. Lower heat & simmer while crust is baking. Evenly spoon mixture into partially baked potato crust and bake an additional 20 minutes.

Evenly sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Place baking dish on a wire rack & let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings. When serving top each with 1 Tablespoon sour cream.
