Ingredients

    Meatballs:
    1 can veggie ground meat
    2 medium onions
    4 Tbl olive oil
    1 cup pecan meal
    1 1/2 cups saltine crackers
    Egg replacer to equal 4 eggs
    1 cup VeganRella cheese alternative
    1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
    1 Tbl soy sauce
    1/2 tsp celery salt

    Sauce:
    2 sticks worth of a vegan margarine
    2 cups ketchup
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 tsp chili powder

Directions

MEATBALLS: Mix all ingredients together and use a small melon scoop and place on cookie sheets. Bake for 30 min at 300 degrees. Best to store in a container overnight or freeze for a later date.
Makes 50-75.
SAUCE: Heat all ingredients until melted and pour over meatballs using 9x13 cassserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
