Ingredients

    beat egg whites, save
    beat egg yoks with 6T sugar about .5?
    stir in ground nuts 6T, bread crumbs 4T and flour 2T?
    fold in egg whites...

    bake on cookie sheet 350 @ 15min

    make custard first so it cools while cake baking
    beat 1 whole egg, .5C sugar and .25C flour
    then add 2C water or skim milk and cook in microwave in short burst of energy till forms custard, stir often cool

    beat butter till fluffy, add vanilla and then add cool custard

    take baked dough invert on sugared cloth and roll up...cooll

    unroll and spread with butter custard roll and spread butter custard on top sprinkle with grd nuts. chill untill serving...then take out of fridge 1/2 before serving. enjoy
