Ingredients

    8 Medium Sized Potatoes For Baking
    1 8 oz. Bag of Baby Carrots
    5 Stalks of Celery
    2 Medium Sized Onion
    6 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Can of Any Flavored Broth or Stock
    Any No Salt Seasoning

Directions

Serves 8-10 People

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Quater potatoes, and celery, place on the bottom of a roasting pan.

3. Add carrots.

4. Add sliced onion and garlic.

5. Pour broth over vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning.

6. Bake covered for 30 minutes then stir.

7. Bake uncovered until fork tender.

8. Enjoy!
