    I've been doing this for a couple of years, altho I only use 1 C. of Splenda and I add this mix to skim milk. It does need to be stirred when drinking. Sooooo yummy, great chocolate fix! - 1/4/11

  • I've always liked the taste of powdered milk. And this is sugar-free, protein-rich delicious cocoa! (I guess quality of the end product will depend on the ingredients. Mine was great) - 2/5/16

    i HAVE THE DUTCH COCOA POWDER AND WILL USE DRY MILK TO MAKE MY MIX
