I've always liked the taste of powdered milk. And this is sugar-free, protein-rich delicious cocoa! (I guess quality of the end product will depend on the ingredients. Mine was great)
1 1/4 SPLENDA (OR SUGAR IF YOU PREFER)

1 1/4 WHAT ? 1 1/4 TEASPOONS? TABLESPOONS? QUARTS?
i HAVE THE DUTCH COCOA POWDER AND WILL USE DRY MILK TO MAKE MY MIX
I just had some! YUM! I left out the salt, and used fat free chocolate powdered creamer instead....yum yum yum! Glad I found this!
OH.MY.HELL! YUMMMMM! I made the recipe with a tiny bit more cocoa powder, and the salt. was going to add cinnamon, but I forgot. Can I say, YUMMMMY! Thanks! For sugar free, it sure doesn't feel like it :)
I have been looking for a good hot chocolate made with Splenda and found it. I did leave the salt out.
salt is for taste. it helps to bring the flavour up.
Sounds ok but why the salt? I would not put it in
